We’re looking for an experienced Senior UI Developer to join our team in Cluj-Napoca. In this role, you will:

• Work in a multi-disciplinary agile team delivering mobile and web applications.
• Be involved in our technical community dedicated to improving our tools, techniques and the quality of the work we deliver to our clients.
• Provide compassionate technical mentorship, pairing opportunities, and code reviews to encourage the growth of others.

What we’re selecting for:

• You’ve had at least 4 years previous experience in software development.
• You're comfortable building web applications using Javascript/Typescript, HTML and CSS or mobile applications using one or more of Javascript/Typescript, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift.
• You should have a good understanding of HTTP, application performance and application security.
• You are able to consume and produce useful documentation in written or diagrammatic form.
• Have a good understanding of CI/CD processes for a web system.
• You’re comfortable participating in technical design and planning, and you’ve got some experience with tools which help.
• You see challenges as opportunities. You are persistent when seeking solutions and you show good judgement about how and when to share a problem.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

Bonus, nice to have:

• Experience developing mobile applications.
• Interest in GraphQL.
• Interest in Data Science.
• Experience with additional languages and frameworks.
• Active engagement with Agile methodology.
