You will be at the heart of Lola Tech’s engineering process building software that empowers teams to develop and deliver high-quality services.
We’re looking for sharp, energised, curious and dedicated colleagues with good communication skills to join us in an entry level position to start off with.
Many of Lola Tech's team members started with us in their first job and have grown into more senior roles. We value the energy that fresh minds bring to the team and will guide you in your growth by pair programming, mentoring and career development.
It is important you can show initiative, you're a problem solver, open and adaptable to changes and are self-motivated
If you have a computer science degree of equivalent, great. If you don't, we do expect you to have a basic understanding of software development principles.
You don't need all of these, but it gives you a good idea of what we’re after.
