We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team in Cluj-Napoca. With a growing client list and staff body, Lola Tech needs to professionalise its recruitment and internal HR procedures. As our Connections Developer you will be instrumental in shaping employee relations and engagement, and will have a tangible impact on the company. You will enjoy a fun team environment, brand new digs in the city centre, friendly colleagues and exciting greenfield projects that’ll keep you learning and growing.

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for improving and nurturing relations between (remote) colleagues
• Improve the recruitment process 
• Lead on the induction of new colleagues
• Recommend and develop employee engagement practices to foster a positive relationship within the company

What we’re looking for:

‍

• + 4 years of experience in human resources positions
• Hands-on experience with HR general policies and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships at all organisational levels
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to identify issues and propose solutions
• Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
• Positive, results-driven and hands-on attitude

Bonus, nice to have:

• Relevant experience in recruitment roles in IT companies
