Business Critical Product Development: Crew Bidding

When an airline needed a new way for the crew to organise their flight schedule, they turned to Lola Tech for help


Allegiant trusted this business critical problem to Lola Tech, setting a challenging deadline of 90 days to get an iPad based solution out to flight crews across the US.


Having mapped out the timeline and critical path to delivery, we ran discovery workshops with both technical and business users and iterated prototypes. We then developed the UI based on this UX input, defined the solution architecture (with scalability and security as key principles) and used the backlog to define our development sprints.


The solution was successfully delivered within the deadline as set. It was then showcased to the crew and the unions who loved it, and still use it to date.
