Teesnap has entered a segment of the leisure and travel industry that has largely been ignored – golf course software and online services. One of the company’s goal is to become the global distribution system (GDS) for the golf world – but with a website that lacked capability, that goal looked a long way off.
Teesnap needed to build a commerce-aware website that could scale to meet the company’s ambitious plans for growth.
When we first spoke with Teesnap, it was clear the company had a viable product, but needed a platform to deliver it at scale.
We worked closely with Teesnap to analyse and redesign the underlying architecture of its site. Then we collaborated with the company’s in-house designer to create an automated platform that provided a customised booking path for each golf course.
Alongside the platform, we developed a content management system that could be used to quickly and easily create individual websites for courses to market themselves more effectively. And to help keep everything integrated, we created a contact centre plug-in for the reservation engine, which enables multi-channel sales and service.
Lola was critical in our understanding of the online technology needs for Teesnap.
