Dazzle, by Lola Tech, an integrated chatbot and voice activated personal assistant for hotels, has been shortlisted for ‘Most Technological Innovation’ at the Travolution Awards.
The prestigious Travolution Awards, now entering their 11th year, celebrate the biggest innovators in travel technology. Chosen from hundreds of entries, Dazzle is one of 6 brands battling it out for the ‘Most Technological Innovation’ award. Other finalists in that category include Cheapflights Drag, Drop & Go, Inspiretec, Luxtripper, Travel Technology Systems and Zen 3.
Dazzle improves the communication between guest and hotel through the use of voice, AI and a chatbot functionality. Guests can ask Dazzle questions, on the move, through Facebook Messenger or simply speak to Dazzle once in their room using Amazon Echo devices. What started out as an idea written on a cocktail napkin in a Broadway Market pub in late 2016 is now revolutionising the hotel industry. This use of bleeding edge of technology in the enterprise is set to bring about the next generation of hospitality, by enabling hotels to engage with their customers in a way they are familiar with.
